12. Leo & His Tortoise


Leonardo DiCaprio randomly decided he wanted a tortoise. We are really hoping that he has this guy in his will, as they can live to be almost 100 years old. Not to mention the fact that they can get upwards of 200 pounds. This guy is going to need a lot of food and care for a long time! Would you get a tortoise for a pet? Kristen Stewart has a slightly normal pet, other than the fact that it is a wolf dog! Look at how big he is! Stewart’s mom breeds and raises the wolf dogs. Typically people who have chickens keep them in the chicken coop. Even the fancy exotic kinds. Tori Spelling, however, has been known to carry Coco the Silkie chicken in her arms. The Silkie has even slept with the family and plays with the kids. Tori has put the Silkie in matching outfits and described Coco as the boss of the family pets. Dan Bilzerian is a famed poker player millionaire and has established quite an image for himself. He has a very lavish lifestyle and goes on some interesting escapades with celebrities, models and sometimes his pet, which is a goat. We don’t know much about Bilzerian’s goat, but he has posted several pictures of him online. When Audrey Hepburn was filming “Green Mansions” she had the part of a girl who lived in the jungle, and there was a little fawn that followed her everywhere. At the suggestion of the fawn’s trainer, she took the fawn, named Pippin, home to help form a close bond and establish trust. Most celebrities tend to buy more exotic animals, but Reese Witherspoon brought home miniature donkeys! She thinks they are sweet and docile but if you ask her neighbors, they may give you a different story. We know celebrities like to spend their hard-earned money, but dropping $150,000 seems a bit steep for an octopus. She even has a large garden in her house and keeps her own “private animal kingdom.” On one of her visits to a rescue center, she brought home a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig. She cleverly named him Piggy Smalls. Unfortunately, she had to give him away as he had a very aggressive sexual behavior. People do keep them as house pets, would you want one?
